Services covered by the Service Contract include the following:

·          Diagnosis and repair of computer equipment including removal of viruses, worms, trojan horses and other malware such as spyware and data miners. If your pc has slowed down and hangs up frequently, you probably need this service.

 ·          Network Installation and Support

·          Software installation - or upgrade your Windows version

·          Training - One on One Lesson at your home or office. Learn Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software by appointment one or two hours per session.

·          Running maintenance and utility software or equipment

·          Telephone Support

·          Consultation regarding new software or equipment

·          Web Page Development

·          New computer Setup and Installation

·          Data Transfer from Old PC to New PC

        *Note:  Trip fees will be added to your contract based upon your location at the rate of 1 trip for each 2 hours purchased.

    

You may use your hours for any of our services over the next 12 months from the date you purchase your contract except for contracts of 40 hours or more which last 24 months.
